Upgrading and Downgrading Your Plan
Changing your Chase Agents plan is a self-serve process managed through Stripe. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the workspace settings panel. This article explains what happens during each scenario.
Who Can Change Plans
Only workspace admins can make billing changes. Members without admin access cannot view or modify billing settings. If you need a plan change but are not the workspace admin, contact the admin for your workspace.
Upgrading
To upgrade, navigate to Workspace Settings and click the billing or plan section. You will be taken to the Pricing page to select your new plan and then to Stripe's secure checkout to complete payment. Your new plan's limits are activated immediately upon successful payment. You do not need to reconfigure any automations or connections. Any automations that were paused due to plan limits can be re-enabled right away.
Downgrading
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you retain your existing plan's limits. When the downgrade takes effect, your workspace will be subject to the lower plan's limits. If you have more active automations than the lower plan allows, the excess automations will be automatically disabled. If you have more workspace members than the lower plan's seat count allows, existing members retain access but you will not be able to add new members until the count falls within the new limit.
Mid-Cycle Upgrades and Proration
If you upgrade in the middle of a billing period, Stripe prorates the cost: you pay only for the days remaining in the current period at the new plan's rate, minus a credit for the unused days on your old plan. Your next billing cycle starts the first full period at the new plan's price.
Cancelling
You can cancel your paid plan at any time from the billing portal in Workspace Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your workspace reverts to Starter (free) limits. All your automations, connections, and history are preserved; automations that exceed Starter limits will be automatically disabled but not deleted.
Billing Portal Access
The Stripe billing portal is accessible from Workspace Settings. From the portal you can view invoices, update your payment method, change your plan, and manage subscriptions. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Chase Agents does not store payment card data.
Questions About Your Bill
If you have questions about a charge, need a refund, or encounter any billing issues, email charles@chaseagents.com with your workspace name and the invoice number from your Stripe receipt. The team will investigate and respond promptly.
