Plan Comparison: Starter, Paid Tiers, and Enterprise

Chase Agents offers a range of plans from a free Starter tier to fully custom Enterprise arrangements. All plans are structured around the same four billing dimensions. Specific pricing for paid plans is always current on the Pricing page at chaseagents.com/pricing.

The Four Billing Dimensions

Every Chase Agents plan is defined by limits across four dimensions: Actions (tool executions through your connections per billing period), Automation Runs (triggered executions of your automations), Active Automations (enabled automations eligible to run at any time), and Team Seats (users who can be workspace members).

Starter Plan (Free)

The Starter plan is free and gives you everything you need to explore Chase Agents. It includes a 7-day trial period with 50 free actions, 1 active automation, and 1 seat. Once your 50 trial actions are exhausted you will need a paid plan to continue executing tools. All platform features including the chat builder, visual editor, MCP connections, and agent creation are available during the trial.

Paid Plans

Chase Agents offers multiple paid tiers designed for individuals, growing teams, and large organizations. Paid plans include significantly higher action and automation run quotas, more active automations, more seats, higher rate limits, extended workflow history retention, and priority support. Current plan names, prices, and included quotas are always displayed on the Pricing page.

Enterprise

The Enterprise plan is designed for organizations with large-scale automation needs, strict security requirements, or custom integration work. It includes unlimited active automations, custom seat counts, SLA guarantees, SSO and SAML authentication, extended audit log retention, dedicated support, and data residency options. Enterprise pricing is custom. Contact charles@chaseagents.com to start the conversation.

How Limits Are Enforced

When you approach your plan limits, Chase Agents displays a warning in the workspace settings panel. When a limit is reached, automations that would exceed the action limit will not execute their connection steps, and attempts to enable a new automation when the active automation limit is reached will prompt you to upgrade. Workspace admins receive notifications before limits are hit.

Choosing the Right Plan

Start with the Starter plan to validate your automation ideas before committing to a paid tier. Use the 50 trial actions to build and test your most important automations. Once you have a sense of how many actions your workflows consume per day, you can estimate which paid tier will be sufficient. The Pricing page shows included quotas for each tier side by side.
