Community and Referrals
Chase Agents has a growing community of builders using AI agents and automations to transform how their teams work. The community is the fastest way to get help, share what you are building, and stay up to date on new features.
Join the Discord
The primary community hub for Chase Agents is the Discord server. Join at discord.gg/AXMbgaTm3w. The Discord is where the Chase Agents team announces new features, shares automation templates and ideas, answers questions in real time, and gathers feedback on what to build next. It is also the best place to connect with other users who are working on similar automation challenges.
What You Will Find in the Community
The Chase Agents Discord includes channels for getting started help, automation ideas and templates, connection-specific discussions, feature requests, bug reports, and general community conversation. The team is active in the Discord and typically responds to questions within a few hours during business hours.
Sharing What You Build
The community loves seeing real-world automation examples. If you have built something interesting with Chase Agents, share it in Discord. Describing the problem you were solving, the connections you used, and the approach you took helps other users discover new possibilities. Some community contributions are featured in the Chase Agents blog and documentation.
Referrals
Chase Agents periodically runs referral arrangements for community members who bring new users to the platform. Details of any current referral program are posted in the Discord server and on the Chase Agents blog. If you are interested in formally partnering with Chase Agents to refer customers, reach out to charles@chaseagents.com to discuss the available arrangements.
Providing Feedback
The Chase Agents team reads every piece of feedback. The product roadmap is heavily influenced by what users request in Discord and via email. If you have an idea for a new feature, a connection you want to see supported, or a workflow that is currently difficult to build, post it in the feature-requests channel or email charles@chaseagents.com. The most-requested improvements are typically prioritized for upcoming releases.
Blog and Updates
The Chase Agents blog at chaseagents.com/blog covers product updates, automation tutorials, use case spotlights, and the team's thinking on AI and automation. Subscribe to the blog or follow announcements in Discord to stay up to date with new features and best practices as the platform evolves.
