Viewing automations in the UI
Every automation saved in Chase Agents is visible in the My Automations page. Clicking an automation shows its details: title, description, step list, schedule configuration, error handling settings, and run history. You can see the type and description of each step at a glance.
Actions available from the UI
- Enable or disable an automation to control whether it runs on its scheduled trigger
- Run an automation manually with one click
- View run history and step-level execution details
- Delete an automation
Editing via chat
To make changes to an automation's steps or logic, describe the change in a chat session. The AI reads the current definition, applies the change, and tests it. For example: 'In my weekly revenue report automation, add a step that generates a PDF and emails it to the finance team.'
Schedule management
You can add, edit, pause, and delete schedules from the automation detail view. Each automation can have multiple schedules. Pausing a schedule stops new triggers without deleting the schedule configuration.
