Getting Support
Chase Agents offers several support channels depending on the urgency and nature of your issue. This guide explains when to use each channel and how to provide the information that leads to the fastest resolution.
Discord (Fastest Response)
The Chase Agents Discord server at discord.gg/AXMbgaTm3w is the fastest way to get help. The Chase Agents team monitors Discord actively during business hours and typically responds within a few hours. The community also includes experienced users who can often answer questions from their own experience. Discord is best for: how-to questions, automation building help, connection setup issues, and general platform questions.
Email Support
For billing issues, account-specific concerns, security reports, or anything sensitive that should not be discussed publicly, email charles@chaseagents.com. Include your workspace name and a clear description of the issue. For billing questions, include the relevant invoice number from your Stripe receipt. Response times vary by plan; Enterprise customers have priority response SLAs.
What to Include in a Support Request
Regardless of which channel you use, including the following information leads to faster resolution: your workspace name, the automation name and trigger type if the issue is automation-related, the error message text from Workflow History, the step type that is failing, what you have already tried, and whether the issue is new or something that previously worked. Screenshots of the error in Workflow History are also helpful.
Self-Service Resources
Before reaching out, check these self-service resources: this documentation at chaseagents.com/docs for articles covering common issues and how-to guides; the Workflow History step detail view for specific error messages; the Connection Health page to verify your connections are working; and the usage dashboard in Workspace Settings to check plan limit status.
Reporting Bugs
If you believe you have found a bug in the Chase Agents platform, report it in Discord in the bug-reports channel or email charles@chaseagents.com. Include steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. If the bug involves data or credentials, use email rather than Discord to keep the details private.
Reporting Security Vulnerabilities
Security vulnerabilities must be reported via email to charles@chaseagents.com only. Do not post security vulnerability details in Discord or any other public channel. Include a description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce it, and its potential impact. The Chase Agents team will respond promptly and work with you to address the issue before any public disclosure.
Feature Requests
Feature requests are welcomed in Discord in the feature-requests channel. Describe the automation or use case you are trying to build, what is currently preventing you from building it, and what you think would help. The Chase Agents team uses feature request frequency to prioritize the product roadmap. Requests with the most community support (reactions, comments, and similar requests from others) are prioritized higher.
